Free Family Fun Day: Pottery

Engage your senses of sight, touch, and sound during this interactive Free Family Fun Day. With the help of our partners from Featherstone Pottery,  Pottery Museum of Red Wing, and Red Wing Collectors Society, you and your family will have the opportunity to learn about the rich history of the clay industry not only in Red Wing, but throughout Goodhue County. 

Activities include a demonstration on a potter’s wheel, a guided tour of the clay industry exhibit, Story Corner at 1 PM, conversations with a real dump digger, creating a clay ornament with the Red Wing Pottery Museum, and more!
