History Center’s Circle Drive Closed Beginning May 23 for Utility Work and Reconstruction – Updated June 29

The circle drive of the Goodhue County History Center will be closed beginning Monday, May 23 to allow the City of Red Wing to make utility upgrades and reconstruct the drive.  This project’s completion has been delayed due to weather and is projected to be completed on July 8.  The sidewalk leading up to the main entrance will remain open.

The History Center will remain open for regular hours and events during the construction.  Visitors are encouraged to park in the public lot on Williams Avenue (see map below for yellow outlined area) during the construction.  Overflow parking during events is available along the west side of Williams Avenue and south side of Oak Street.
